With Missed Call Text Back (MCTB) when a potential client calls and you are unable to answer, they get an automated text message. This is HUGE in the Service industry when someone is looking for ANYONE to provide the service. Typically the customer calls a business, no one answers the phone, and then they call the next one on the list. What if they received an automated message and NOW they are communicating with YOU and not calling the next business on the list? One hairstylist received 2 new appointments in less than a week of joining with this feature alone!
